- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing with 24-hour turnaround requirements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for multiple corporate accounts
- Prepare and submit regulatory compliance reports with precision
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border transaction documentation
- Implement and maintain internal controls for overnight financial operations
- Support audit processes with organized documentation and responsive communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift or remote work background
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
