Responsibilities

- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable during night shifts
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
