Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day bank reconciliations and transaction verification
- Process month-end closing entries and journal adjustments
- Generate financial reports for senior management review
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable during overnight cycles
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and SOX requirements
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years of night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Excel
- Strong understanding of UK tax regulations and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
