Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries during night shifts
- Process high-volume accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for executive review
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border financial reporting
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proven experience with night shift or flexible scheduling preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Sage/QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and financial reporting standards
- ACCA/CIMA certification or equivalent professional qualification
