Responsibilities
- Process end-of-day reconciliations and financial transactions with 100% accuracy
- Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to senior management
- Manage month-end closing procedures during overnight shifts
- Coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless cross-border accounting operations
- Implement internal controls to maintain audit compliance and data integrity
- Utilize SAP and advanced Excel functions for financial analysis
- Support tax preparation and documentation for UK/EU regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in night shift or flexible hours
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven ability to manage complex financial reconciliations independently
- Strong understanding of UK GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
