- Manage end-of-day reconciliations and financial reporting after market close
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable during overnight shifts
- Prepare month-end closing statements and variance analysis
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Excel systems
- Support audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Monitor transaction exceptions and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven night shift or flexible hours work history
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Excel (VBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multinational financial operations
- UK GAAP and IFRS compliance knowledge
