- Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts during overnight shifts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with strict adherence to GAAP standards
- Process payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries during off-peak hours
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with SOX regulations
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones for seamless financial operations
- Implement process improvements to enhance night-shift accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 3+ years of night-shift accounting experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
