- Perform month-end and quarter-end closing procedures during overnight shifts
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements with precision
- Analyze financial data discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Prepare financial reports for executive review before market open
- Manage accounts payable/receivable workflows for high-volume transactions
- Collaborate with global teams on cross-border financial operations
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or overnight accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Expertise in reconciliations and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Professional certification (e.g., CMA, CIA) a plus
