Responsibilities
- Execute daily/monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Analyze financial discrepancies and resolve transactional variances
- Prepare month-end closing reports and journal entries
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams on payment processing
- Monitor cash flow positions and liquidity reports
- Assist with tax preparation documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/NetSuite
- Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
