Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with nightly transaction cycles
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls verification
- Collaborate with international teams across US and UK time zones
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support tax preparation documentation and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of night shift or overnight accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization and clean driving record
