Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable during overnight processing windows
- Conduct variance analysis and audit support for international operations
- Collaborate with APAC/Europe teams during their market hours
- Maintain accurate fixed asset ledgers and depreciation schedules
- Implement SOX controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or CPA certification required
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables/VLOOKUPs
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite or SAP ERP systems
- Strong GAAP/IFRS compliance knowledge
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline-driven mindset
