Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account balance verification
- Prepare month-end closing reports and journal entries
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable transactions for discrepancies
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
- Generate financial statements for executive review
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams on cross-functional tasks
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
