Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts
- Analyze financial statements and prepare variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 24-hour SLA compliance
- Process payroll for international teams in multiple currencies
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with APAC/Europe teams during their business hours
- Implement process improvements for night shift financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 3+ years night shift or remote accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency
- Strong understanding of GAAP and international accounting standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for cross-timezone collaboration
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and tax compliance
