Responsibilities
- Reconcile accounts and prepare daily financial reports
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Conduct month-end closing procedures
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance
- Support internal audits and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with global finance teams on time-sensitive projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and attention to detail
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CPA or CPA preferred
- Experience with ERP systems
