Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily financial transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and maintain ledgers
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards

- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift preference
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA preferred
