Responsibilities
- Execute end-of-day reconciliations for multi-entity accounts with zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Process international wire transfers and overnight ACH transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports for executive review during pre-market hours
- Manage month-end closing procedures including journal entries and accruals
- Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve overnight transaction exceptions
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and audit documentation standards
- Implement process improvements for overnight financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end closing and reconciliations
- Strong understanding of GAAP and international financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rates below 0.1%
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) required
