Responsibilities
- Execute month-end close procedures including reconciliations and journal entries
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions overnight
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Assist with audits and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with international team members across time zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience (night shift preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
