Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and process high-volume transactions
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit processes
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for financial reporting and data validation
- Collaborate with international teams on cross-border financial operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and financial records in compliance with SOX requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proficiency in GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
