Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, integrating emerging tech trends with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026+ challenges (AI ethics, climate resilience, etc.)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and global innovation hubs
- Drive innovation pipeline development, translating future insights into R&D priorities
- Lead organizational change initiatives preparing teams for 2026 operational realities
- Mentor futurist apprentices and publish thought leadership in leading journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies with C-suite influence
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and societal megatrends
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong background in human-centered design and behavioral economics
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
