Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for 2026 applications, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers to merge classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Drive technical strategy, mentor senior engineers, and make high-stakes architectural decisions that align with our 5-year vision.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and modern frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in deploying AI models in production environments with a focus on security and performance.
- Strong understanding of Blockchain/Web3 technologies and their intersection with AI data integrity.
