Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures targeted for the 2026 market cycle.
- Design and implement novel training pipelines, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Mentor and grow a high-performance team of data scientists and ML engineers.
- Collaborate with the product team to translate complex research findings into user-centric features.
- Publish high-impact papers at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and maintain a strong public presence.
- Define the ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI agents.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in leading AI research teams or as a Principal Research Scientist.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models with high accuracy.
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing.
