Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI adoption, identifying key technological breakthroughs required by 2026.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling multi-modal data streams and real-time inference.
- Lead Model Strategy: Oversee the selection, fine-tuning, and deployment of cutting-edge foundation models tailored to enterprise needs.
- Drive Innovation: Experiment with emerging paradigms such as AI Agents, Reinforcement Learning, and Neuromorphic computing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to translate complex AI concepts into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- LLM Mastery: Proven track record of working with and optimizing Large Language Models (GPT-4, Llama 3, Claude).
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into technical roadmaps for a 2-year horizon.
