What You'll Do:

Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly summaries.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Assist in tax preparation and filing support.
- Maintain a clean and organized filing system, both physical and digital.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account status and inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks or similar software is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
