Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, income statements, and balance sheets.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with external audits and compliance documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage preferred).
