Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping: Accurately input financial data into the accounting software and maintain organized records.
- Bank Reconciliation: Review bank statements and reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Invoice Processing: Prepare and process invoices for payment, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Month-End Support: Assist the finance manager with preparing reports and supporting the month-end close process.
- Expense Reporting: Help employees submit and verify expense reports in a timely manner.
- General Administration: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; A-Level or GCSE in Maths is highly preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value potential and attitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
