Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly journal entries.
- Support the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Maintain accurate general ledger records and financial reports.
- Assist with tax preparation and filing documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internships qualify).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
