Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Organize and file physical and digital tax documents and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns under the guidance of senior staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
