Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely in SAP system
- Resolve payment discrepancies through proactive vendor communication
- Reconcile statements and resolve 3-way matching discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for audit compliance
- Collaborate with procurement team on invoice discrepancies
- Support AP workflow optimization projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
