Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and optimize cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement robust internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial planning
- Utilize advanced Excel and accounting software for data analysis and reporting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax preparation, and regulatory compliance
