Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reports and KPI dashboards
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry-specific regulations
- Lead process improvements and automation initiatives in accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using NetSuite and QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
