Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate transaction recording
- Conduct weekend-end reconciliations and month-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during weekend compliance reviews
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial processes
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives with weekend data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Proven ability to meet strict weekend deadlines and work independently
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Nevada tax regulations
