Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process incoming invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions weekly.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Support the senior accounting team during quarterly audits.
- File and organize financial documents and receipts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
