Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping: accurately recording income and expenditures.
- Process invoices: verifying and entering supplier invoices into the accounting system.
- Bank reconciliation: ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
- Support month-end close: assisting in the preparation of trial balances and financial statements.
- Data management: maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Client communication: providing basic financial updates to clients as required.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A-levels in Maths or Business (or equivalent) are preferred. A degree in Finance or Accounting is a plus but not essential.
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for raw talent and enthusiasm.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to spot errors and ensure high-quality work.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions) is required.
