Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry into accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process invoices for vendor payments.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly.
