Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor communications
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare basic financial statements and expense reports
- Support audits by organizing documentation and answering inquiries
- Learn and implement GAAP principles under guidance
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
