- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Manage data entry in accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client projects
- Adhere to GAAP principles and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive learning attitude and willingness to grow
- US work authorization and background clearance
