Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payment.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records and documentation.
- Generate basic financial reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist in auditing accounts and identifying discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
