Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process expense reports and verify invoice accuracy for the finance team.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Assist with basic tax preparation filings and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies in financial data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
