Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of monthly financial statements and general ledger entries.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment execution.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering necessary data and assisting with variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation for external audits.
- Maintain and update accounting records and filing systems in compliance with company policies and GAAP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) highly desired.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
