Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, verify vendor details, and manage monthly billings.
- Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Month-End Close Support: Assist in preparing financial reports and journal entries for monthly closing cycles.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of trial balances.
- Compliance & Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and data.
- Data Analysis: Utilize Excel to analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and maintain high data integrity standards.
