Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Support the month-end and year-end close process.
- File and organize financial documents and records.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and regulatory filings under supervision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to learn new software and accounting systems quickly.
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills.
