Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and receivable transactions and data entry.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices and expense reports.
- Support the month-end close process under supervision.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and summaries.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new accounting software (training provided).
