Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process and verify incoming invoices and expense reports with high accuracy.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and digital filing systems.
- Prepare basic ledgers and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and account status.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong aptitude for numbers and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is preferred).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward learning new processes.
