Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers
- Support financial reporting preparation under senior accountant guidance
- Organize and maintain digital financial documentation systems
- Contribute to quarterly audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Learn and apply QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for daily operations
- Participate in cross-departmental financial analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
