Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements under senior supervision
- Support month-end closing procedures and audits
- Input and maintain accurate financial data in accounting software
- Learn and apply tax preparation fundamentals for small businesses
- Conduct data entry with precision and attention to detail
- Participate in client meetings to understand financial needs
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
