- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with GAAP
- Support tax preparation documentation and audit readiness
- Perform data entry in accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
- Generate basic financial reports under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (BBA preferred)
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
