Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements under supervision
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports
- Support tax preparation documentation
- Perform data entry and account maintenance
- Participate in quarterly audits
- Learn accounting software and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent coursework)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Commitment to pursuing CPA certification
