Responsibilities

- Lead ideation workshops using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments
- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record launching disruptive products/services in tech-driven industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, IoT, blockchain, and sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CII) preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
