Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and financial statement preparation
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Prepare tax documentation and compliance reports
- Implement internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- CPA certification or equivalent strongly preferred
- Proficiency in GAAP and IRS compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage 100
