Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and corporate tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065)
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Conduct tax research and resolve complex tax issues
- Collaborate with senior associates on client deliverables
- Utilize tax software (ProSystem, UltraTax, Lacerte) efficiently
- Assist in audit support and IRS correspondence
- Maintain accurate client documentation and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA/EA preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
